Jason also works with builders, developers, and others in the real

Prior to his current tenure at Gourmet
Real Estate, Jason helped clients of S. Robert August & Company
with their business development and strategy. Jason was on the
original executive team of Build-A-Bear Workshop, an international
retail chain. He also started a real estate corporation in San
Clemente, California, and developed an automated multiple target
tracking, recognition, and trajectory prediction system for the
United States Army.
Jason holds a B. S. degree from Washington
University in St. Louis, and studied at the Royal Institute of
Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. He is a licensed real estate
broker and Realtor, holding both CSP and CMP designations. He
is a member of the Builder Realty Council, South Metro Denver
Board of Realtors, the North Metro Denver Realtor Association,
the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors, the Colorado
Association of Homebuilders, National Association of Home Builders,
and National Association Realtors. Jason also sits on the board
of the Sales and Marketing Council of the Denver Home Builders
Association.
