so we must make changes.

  Once we have the various areas outlined, our goal is to help you see where conflicting goals may be deterring you from a clear path forward.
We work with you to align your goals and put them into a written long term plan covering 5yr, 10yr, 20 yr planning periods.

 
     

The Real work:

 
 

NOW we start the real work of agreeing on the short term plan. Together we determine what we need to do this year, this month, this week to get started toward the new habits that will ensure that you meet the goals you have in mind.

 
     
Once we have a plan, change is inevitable... how we handle it... is NOT.

The coach’s goal is to help you see the clear steps forward and help you remain accountable to your plan even as things change.

We review the plans we laid out and provide tactics to help you get back on track should you veer off.
