Patrice Barber has been providing seminars, course development, training and mentoring for over 15 years and has learned that it is not sufficient to just provide a few disconnected strategies.

This principle is no different in the corporate world than when it comes to real estate investment, tax saving strategies, or even making networking connections with other wealth focused individuals.
A simplistic silver bullet approach to wealth building doesn’t work.

As a company, we provide coaching for you whether you are just getting started, have some money you aren’t sure of how to make grow, planning for college expenses, or trying to protect what you have built up.

The first phase covers creating a plan and the basics of starting to build your wealth and progresses to more advanced success strategies including a combination of tax saving strategies that can save you 20-40% and smart investment strategies that create multiple income streams and include college & retirement planning.

We move into fine tuning and revised strategies to help you maintain the wealth you worked so hard to build, including protection of assets and hands-on assistance to help you structure a small business for those interested.

Additionally we coach on Real Estate Investing. We help you complete transactions with hands on assistance. We assist in each step of structuring & coordinating the transactions to get you to a successful completion.

Regardless of the vision you set for yourself, we help you choose & build your team, get you connected with experts we have been working with and can safely recommend, explain the various options.

For those clients who have an existing team of financial advisors, we strongly believe in utilizing your existing team of professionals and referring you, our clients, to the needed professionals that may not be a part of your current team including insurance sales staff. Legal council for estate documents, Realtors for those interested in investment properties, financial planners or stock brokers who focus on sales of specific products as directed by the goals of your individual portfolio. We look forward to meeting with or establishing your additional financial advisors once our overall understanding of your goals are clear to help align all parties toward the same objectives.
